Returns

• Items may be returned within 5 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

No Returns or Refunds on:

• Jewelry & accessories (all sales final for hygiene reasons)
• Intimate wear & undergarments (all sales final for hygiene reasons)
• Final sale items

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
