Shipping Policy – The LoveLee Collection

We want you to enjoy your new fashion pieces as soon as possible, so we’ve designed a shipping policy that’s simple, transparent, and reliable.

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing time may vary during peak shopping seasons (e.g., holidays or sales events), but we will always notify you if there are any significant delays.
  • Business Hours: Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times are estimated based on the shipping method chosen during checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days (depending on your location).
  • Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, customs delays (for international orders), or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $300 within the U.S.

4. International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

  • International Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for international orders will vary depending on the destination country. The cost will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customs & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the total at checkout and are payable upon receipt of your package.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: International shipping times may range from 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account to view the status of your order.

6. Shipping Address

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Package Delivery: If you provide an incorrect address, we will attempt to correct the issue if possible; however, additional fees may apply. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, the shipping fee will not be refunded, and we may charge an additional shipping fee to reship the item.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue. If your package cannot be located, we will discuss further options with you, such as sending a replacement item (if available) or issuing a refund.

8. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that you provide a physical address for delivery.

9. Changes to Shipping Information

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you need to make changes to your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
